Trentino–Alto Adige and Tuscany at the top of Italy's agritourism landscape
Abstract
• Trentino–Alto Adige and Tuscany confirm themselves as the undisputed leaders, with an agritourism density far above the national average. • Regions such as Liguria, Umbria, and Marche show sustained growth, becoming emerging agritourism hubs in the Italian landscape. • Southern Italy, while growing in some areas such as Apulia and Sicily, still lags behind the Center-North, with clear critical issues in Basilicata and Molise.
