Abstract

ABSTRACT:This paper presents a fundamental revision of the constant speed of light and the spatial distribution of matter. The author proposes that the speed of light is not a universal constant but a local parameter of medium conductivity (the Hot Ocean), directly dependent on the temperature (T).Using the formula V = T / 6.674 (where 6.674 is the medium resistance coefficient), the paper demonstrates that superluminal speeds observed in deep space are physical realities.
