Topological Persistence in High-Dimensional Evolving Systems: The Non-Expansive Substrate-Anchored Governance (NESAG) Framework
Abstract
The preservation of identity and stability in autonomous, high-dimensional dynamical systems re- mains a critical challenge in latent state evolution. We propose the Non-Expansive Substrate-Anchored Governance (NESAG) protocol, which introduces an internal admissibility gate coupled to a static in- formational substrate. By formalizing the system state as a contraction mapping toward a fundamental invariant, we demonstrate a novel mechanism for suppressing stochastic drift and ensuring long-horizon persistence. Empirical validation via a 12-dimensional deterministic audit spine confirms zero-divergence regimes under adversarial latent pressure.
