Abstract

Paper 21 of the Admissibility Physics Framework (APF), An Executable Constraint Framework and Constants Map. The public release of the Admissibility Physics Engine, together with a complete, auditable constants map spanning gauge structure, matter content, spacetime, electroweak relations, cosmology, gravity, and quantum structure. Core results. Admissibility checking, not fitting. The engine implements finite enforceability and non-additive composition as executable constraints — physical quantities are checked for admissibility rather than fit to data or numerically simulated. The constants map. The framework tracks 52 distinct quantities that other theories treat as independent inputs; about 35 of them (≈67%) are fixed exactly or structurally constrained by admissibility alone — as discrete values, ratios, identities, or bounded structures, with no continuous tuning. Every quantity labeled. Each entry carries its derivation status, regime dependence, and falsifiability, so a reader sees at a glance what is forced, what is regime-gated, what is imported, and what remains open. Why this matters for the series. It is the front door to the corpus — the executable theorem bank every other paper cites, and the single table that shows how much of physics' input list admissibility removes. About the APF series. The Admissibility Physics Framework develops Standard Model and cosmological structure from a single primitive — finite enforcement capacity — through a chain of papers plus a machine-verifiable engine, with each result carried at its stated hypotheses. Each paper has a main text and, where applicable, a Technical Supplement, deposited on Zenodo and collected in the admissibility_physics community; the canonical engine (APF-Engine v24.3.504, 4,233 bank-registered theorems) records the constructions and controls behind every quantitative claim.
