HaeunM/TADA-RD: TADA-RD v0.1.0 β Initial Public Release
Abstract
π TADA-RD v0.1.0 β Initial Release We are pleased to announce the first public release of TADA-RD, a framework for rare disease gene analysis that leverages de novo and inherited variant information under a unified statistical model. This initial release provides a stable, reproducible implementation of the core TADA-RD methodology, including a classifier for distinguishing de novo and inherited variants, and is intended for research use. β¨ Key Features Gene-level inference using de novo and inherited variant information Built-in classifier for distinguishing de novo vs. inherited variants Support for aggregated variant count data (no individual-level genotypes required) Implementation of the core TADA-RD statistical model Example workflows and documentation to get started π¦ What's Included Core TADA-RD implementation Input data format specification Example datasets and demo scripts Basic documentation and usage instructions Reproducible configuration for running analyses π§ Known Limitations This is an initial research release (API and interfaces may change) Limited parameter tuning utilities in this version Visualization and downstream analysis tools are minimal π£ Feedback Issues, bug reports, and feature requests are very welcome via the GitHub Issues page.
