Abstract

This technical note provides the Topological Fixed Point Theory (TFPT) v2.8 prediction for inflationary observables under a Starobinsky R2 completion derived from a torsionful effective action. It reports the parameter point for the scalar spectral index ns and the tensor to scalar ratio r at the Planck pivot k* = 0.05 inverse megaparsec, using a benchmark e fold number N* ≈ 56 (with a small range around it to reflect reheating dependence). The note also lists consistency cross checks (tensor tilt and running) and specifies explicit pass or fail criteria. The intended use is direct comparison against full posterior constraints in the (ns, r) plane from CMB analyses. It requests publication of the joint posterior or at least a two sigma contour at the stated pivot so the TFPT point can be tested without convention ambiguity.
