Abstract

This document provides a complementary theoretical and structural reading of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through the lens of the Theory of Fundamental Belief (TFB). The underlying structure of the theory remains unchanged. While CBT is used here as a concrete example, the framework is presented as an integrative reading model that may be applied to other theoretical, clinical, or interdisciplinary contexts. This document does not propose a clinical protocol or therapeutic method. It serves as an explanatory and conceptual aid intended to support professional reflection rather than prescriptive application.
