TFPT v2.8 Prediction Sheet: Axion Dark Matter Haloscope Target at 15.764 GHz (ma ≈ 65.19 µeV)
Abstract
This technical note summarizes the TFPT v2.8 prediction for a QCD axion dark matter candidate and its direct experimental target for haloscope searches. TFPT predicts an axion mass ma ≈ 65.19 micro electronvolt, corresponding to a haloscope search frequency near 15.764 gigahertz, and a physical axion photon coupling magnitude |g_aγγ| ≈ 1.80 × 10^(minus 12) inverse giga electronvolt under a standard local axion density assumption. The note motivates a required two axion field structure within TFPT (an ultralight field sourcing cosmic birefringence plus an oscillating QCD axion providing dark matter), provides an experimentally relevant scan window around the target frequency, and states explicit falsification criteria under non detection at the predicted coupling strength.
