TFPT v2.8 Prediction Sheet: Neutrinoless Double Beta Decay (Effective Majorana Mass mββ ≈ 1.516 meV)
Abstract
This technical note provides the TFPT v2.8 prediction for neutrinoless double beta decay under the assumption that light Majorana neutrino exchange dominates. TFPT predicts an effective Majorana mass mββ ≈ 1.516 milli electronvolt, fixed by discrete CP phase assignments on a finite phase lattice together with normal mass ordering. The note translates this into an indicative half life target in the range about 10^29 to 10^31 years, depending on isotope choice and nuclear matrix element inputs external to TFPT. It is written to support experimental roadmap discussions toward meV scale sensitivity by clarifying the implied exposure scaling and dominant background requirements, and it states falsification conditions for a positive signal implying substantially larger mββ.
