Abstract

This technical note lists the TFPT v2.8 prediction for neutrino oscillation parameters in the PDG convention, including the Dirac CP phase δCP = 240 degrees (equivalently minus 120 degrees modulo 360 degrees) and a normal ordering mass spectrum. It provides the full parameter point for sin squared theta13, sin squared theta12, sin squared theta23 including the predicted octant preference, and the relevant mass splittings, together with a comparison to contemporary global fit central values. The note is intended for direct confrontation with experimental posteriors, and it explicitly requests reporting of δCP and the theta23 octant together with the full covariance so the TFPT parameter point can be tested as a correlated hypothesis, not as isolated one dimensional pulls.
