TOAD-TCGA-Reproducibility: containers and TCGA-trained TOAD on top of ResNet extracted features model weights
Abstract
This record provides reproducibility artifacts (two Singularity/Apptainer containers and ResNet-based TOAD model weights) for the TOAD-TCGA-Reproducibility code release. TCGA whole-slide images can be obtained via the NCI GDC portal using file identifiers listed in src_preprocessing/CLAM_encoder/dataset_csv/TCGA.csv. UNI-based weights are not redistributed due to upstream redistribution restrictions.
