Abstract

According to the Shelvin Datt framework, if the universe is a manifold with aninvariant volume (Vinv ) and a null external surface area (SA = 0), the expansionrate H(n) is the release of geometric potential stored in 280 discrete folds. We define the current measured Hubble Constant (Hlocal ≈ 73 km/s/Mpc)as being at Fold 20.
