Focusing on mobility equity and accessibility, the study examines how transportation systems can better support older adults through coordinated mobility services, policy design, and welfare-oriented transport strategies. The framework combines transportation planning perspectives with social welfare considerations, providing policy implications for sustainable and inclusive mobility systems in aging societies.
