Abstract

AbstractTraditional economics, when addressing deflation, relies excessively on monetary and fiscal levers (manipulating "Language") while neglecting the essence of "Demand Annihilation" and "Aesthetic Contraction" (ignoring the "Concept"). This paper proposes a "New Three Arrows" model, aimed at resolving the collapse of value under modern Pseudo-Deflation through the discovery of new demand, the revival of aesthetic education, and the empowerment of effective labor trading. This model emphasizes that the hallmark of economic recovery is not a rise in price indices, but rather the discovery of high-premium business opportunities by capital owners and the return of societal recognition for "Aesthetic Value."________________________________________Chapter I: Limitations of Traditional Economic Recovery Models• 1.1 The Failure of Monetary Fetishism: Traditional Quantitative Easing (QE) can only inject "Air Currency"; it cannot forcibly generate "Subjective Demand."• 1.2 The Seigniorage Paradox: Revealing how the state intercepts labor premiums to maintain nominal growth, which inadvertently accelerates the aesthetic contraction of the private sector.• 1.3 Diagnostic Error: Traditional models mistake "Pseudo-Deflation" for "Monetary Scarcity," leading to a misallocation of resources into "Patch-up" projects.Chapter II: The First Arrow—Discovering New Wealth Growth Points• 2.1 The Logic of Capital Play: The fundamental escape from deflation is not making the poor dare to spend, but making the rich find more profitable businesses.• 2.2 Discovery vs. Output: Distinguishing between "Administrative Ineffective Output" and "New Wealth" that satisfies genuine subjective needs.• 2.3 Program of Action: Guiding capital away from Type 5: Damaging Plunder (Real Estate speculation) toward the new frontiers of Types 1 & 2: Tangible and Long-term Service.Chapter III: The Second Arrow—Reviving Aesthetic Education• 3.1 The Civilizational Premium of Value: The price gap between a 30-yuan meal and a 300,000-yuan meal for the same quality of ingredients originates from "Aesthetic Recognition."• 3.2 The Physical Liquidation of Aesthetic Contraction: When a survival crisis causes aesthetic recognition to drop to zero, the economy loses its GDP in terms of "Quality."• 3.3 Repairing Value Quality: Investing in aesthetic education to reconstruct the population's sensitivity to dignity, craftsmanship, and quality, creating the psychological soil for high-premium transactions.Chapter IV: The Third Arrow—Empowering Effective Labor Trading• 4.1 Connecting Labor with Demand: Economy is the act of satisfying needs; it must be ensured that effective labor can be converted into trade at a low cost.• 4.2 Smart Compensation for Foundational Sectors: Basic industries (barbers, catering) cannot enjoy explosive growth. The state should use the collected seigniorage to protect the survival space of these "Aesthetic Carriers" through tax cuts or subsidies.• 4.3 Eliminating Barriers of Plunder: Clearing away administrative plunder and fraud, allowing bottom-level laborers to reclaim the "Appreciation Premium" generated by their work.Chapter V: Empirical Evidence and Outlook—The Trajectories of Korea and Japan• 5.1 Japan’s Recovery Attempt: Analyzing whether Japan can complete its final leap through "Aesthetic Return" and "AI-driven New Demand."• 5.2 The Warning Signs for South Korea: Predicting that without the implementation of the New Three Arrows, South Korea will face a dual inner explosion of population and civilization amidst "Damaging Plunder."________________________________________Conclusion: Returning from "Data Growth" to "Valued Living"The essence of escaping deflation is not the fluctuation of numbers, but labor regaining dignity, capital regaining foresight, and life regaining beauty. These "Three Arrows" are not a government takeover of the market, but the return of the economic essence: the satisfaction of needs.________________________________________Academic Citation:• Title: The Three Arrows of Deflation Escape: A Supplementary Revision to Traditional Economic Recovery Models• Authors: Salucco, A.
