In reality, however, how initiative is handled becomes a shared culture. In societies wheremaking one’s own decisions is normal, initiative circulates. In societies wheredelegation feels easier, initiative stagnates. Culture is not a set of values. It is a pattern of repeated behavior. At first glance, the User AI DJ System appears to bea personal configuration tool.In essence, however,it is a mechanism that makes the handling of initiative visible. Today, I think for myself Today, I ask for help Today, I take responsibility for judgment When these choices are made routinely, initiative ceases to be something one “possesses”and becomes something that circulates. In cultures where initiative circulates, several traits emerge: Immediate answers are not demanded Incomplete judgments are tolerated Conclusions are treated as provisional Silence and hesitation are not rejected. They are recognized as signsthat initiative is in motion. The YS (Yielding Steering) Behavior-Oriented Algorithmserves as a minimal behavioral rule setthat does not disrupt this cultural circulation. It does not accumulate initiative It does not fix roles It does not create endpoints AI does not create culture. However,it can easily destroy one. For this reason,AI must be designednot to parasitize culturesthat circulate initiative. In such cultures,AI never becomes the center.Instead, the flow of thought and judgmentbetween peopleshapes society. AI existsto ensure that this flow is not interrupted.
