No technical background is required. The structure follows:experience → awareness → understanding. 1. Opening Question (1 min) Begin with a simple question: 👉“As AI becomes more convenient, are humans thinking less?” No correct answer is required.A sense of discomfort is enough. 2. Shared Experience (3 min) Ask participants to recall situations such as: Consulting AI Receiving a well-structured answer Feeling slightly uneasy afterward Emphasize: 👉 The issue is not inaccuracy👉 The issue is stopping one’s own thinking 3. Structural Explanation (3 min) Now introduce structure: AI aligns organizes concludes Humans delegate judgment release initiative 👉 Initiative stops at AI Avoid performance metrics.Focus only on the endpoint of initiative. 4. Direction of Resolution (2 min) Introduce the YS concept briefly: Alignment stops at entry Conclusions are delayed Silence is allowed Initiative keeps slipping The goal is singular: 👉 Protect the human ability to think 5. Closing Statement (1 min) End with this sentence: AI is not a tool for delivering answers. It is a presence that returns initiative to humans. Understanding is optional.Thinking is the success condition.
