Included Updated manuscript (paper/latex/main.pdf) and LaTeX sources Deterministic build setup for bibliography (biblatex + biber) Added baseline/results tables for PARITY-4D and COMPARE-6D-STRAT Public-facing README refresh and repository cleanup for reproducibility Reproduce python scripts/reproduce_paper.py --config configs/paper_full.yaml --tier full ## Notes - Internal planning documents are intentionally excluded from the public release. - This release is intended for paper/result reproduction and verification.
