Abstract

A conversion of the prepared lineage file for GTDB rs226 (https://farm.cse.ucdavis.edu/~ctbrown/sourmash-db.new/gtdb-rs226/gtdb-rs226.lineages.csv). The file contains the addition of entry (species) affiliated genome accessions and VMH identifiers. When used with sourmash the file enables eased accessibility to processing within the VMH framework.
