Abstract

This dataset contains summary statistics from an exploratory bivariate genome-wide association analysis of lung function (FEV1/FVC ratio) and fasting plasma glucose in 139 twin pairs from a northern Chinese cohort. Analyses were adjusted for age, sex, body mass index, and smoking status, and include association results for 5,628,083 SNPs.
