Abstract

Base Derived Reality (BDR) and the Antediluvian Sovereign Calendar (ASC): Constraint-Based Derivation, Temporal Architecture, and the 144 Lock Description:This paper presents a constraint-first framework for understanding reality, time, and governance as products of lawful derivation rather than simulation or narrative enforcement. It formalizes Base Derived Reality (BDR) as an ontological upgrade in which the observable world is treated as a moment-to-moment derivation constrained by physical, informational, and observational invariants. Under BDR, outputs must remain consistent with inputs; when alignment fails, the model is rejected via explicit halt conditions rather than retroactive justification. Within this framework, the paper introduces the Antediluvian Sovereign Calendar (ASC) as a mechanically deployable civil-time architecture operating in parallel with standard UTC metrology. The ASC employs a fixed 13×28-day lattice with out-of-band boundary days to reconcile the solar year while preserving weekday integrity and eliminating cumulative drift. UTC remains unchanged and authoritative for computation, finance, and telemetry. The paper defines the 144 Lock as a structural parity condition internal to the ASC lattice—specifically a completed 12×12 coherence traversal between defined civil phases. The 144 Lock is explicitly not a Gregorian elapsed-day claim and does not constitute prediction or prophecy; it functions solely as a phase-space completion marker within the derived civil architecture. Governance and epistemic integrity are addressed through audit-enforced mechanisms, including the Genesis ODE as a derivation engine, a non-derogable solvency floor, the Helxis metric (quantifying the energy cost of sustaining false derivations), identification of Zeno Traps (non-convergent narratives), and HARD_HALT logic for rejecting invalid models. Appendices document the methodological posture and provide an illustrative simulation demonstrating governor behavior (stability, recovery, and refusal under stress), without claiming real-world prediction. Mythic or symbolic language is used only as explicitly labeled semantic compression and carries no metaphysical or causal claims. The framework is secular, hypothesis-agnostic, and designed to remain valid even if specific historical models are rejected. The result is a governance-grade, audit-ready architecture for reasoning about coherence, time, and institutional stability under constraint.
