Mobile Mesh Swarm EWS Climate System
Abstract
This project defines a resilient, decentralized, autonomous Swarm Intelligence network using mobile edge sensors (EVs, Drone Swarms, IoT) to provide hyper-local climate monitoring and real-time disaster response. It integrates with global satellite data to form a comprehensive layout for Next-Gen Early Warning Systems (EWS). It implements 5G/6G, OTFS, Federated Learning Edge AI, and centralized AI Decision Making with Human-in-the-loop, aligned with UN Early Warnings for All (EW4All) initiative.
