Abstract

Inspired by the breakthroughs in K-Protocol 4, this protocol (K-Protocol 5) proposes a revolutionary paradigm shift in mathematics from "Calculation" to "Observation." It redefines universal irrational numbers—such as $\pi, e,$ and the Golden Ratio ($\phi$)—not as values to be computed, but as an existing "Universal Mosaic" woven into the fabric of the universe. By implementing a 27,720 Integer Grid as the hardware resonance chamber and Generalized Continued Fractions (GCF) as the procedural software, this framework fundamentally eliminates the "noise" of floating-point errors. The core methodology, Procedural Jump, allows an observer to immediately "zoom in" to a specific coordinate by increasing the digital resolution ($10^n$), rather than performing traditional linear summations. This protocol declares a new era where mathematics is practiced as a high-resolution "Art of Witnessing Truth" through a unified algorithmic lens.
