ARIA: A Resilience-Sensitive Assessment Framework Supporting Adaptive Reconstruction Models (AREM and ARBS)
Abstract
This working paper introduces ARIA (Adaptive Resilience Impact Assessment), a resilience-sensitive analytical framework designed to operationalize and evaluate adaptive reconstruction processes. Supporting AREM and ARBS models, ARIA provides a structured methodology for assessing whether systemic reconstruction enhances long-term resilience across temporal, structural, and adaptive feedback dimensions. The framework contributes to resilience theory, governance analysis, and climate reconstruction assessment.
