Symbolic Mechanics — Volume VI: Self-Existence Mechanics under Visibility Collapse
Abstract
Volume VI of Symbolic Mechanics formalizes the mechanics of self-existence under conditions of visibility collapse—when the organism can no longer perceive the internal symbolic field or the relative weight of the Seats it occupies. Building on the safety-boundary geometry introduced in Volume V, this document specifies how prolonged reliance on the second exit, overload of the Shadow Seat, and low parental amplitude jointly produce a high-fog symbolic environment in which internal objects become inaccessible. This volume establishes: (1) why loss of visibility prevents symbolic sorting and produces ranking failure, (2) how the collapse of perceptual resolution forces the organism to rely on existence-confirmation loops as the only accessible feedback channel, (3) how these loops generate competitive behaviors, relational extremization, and compensatory intensity, and (4) why dissociation represents the final stage of visibility collapse—where the organism confirms its own existence through an externalized observer-frame rather than through symbolic contact. By treating existence-confirmation as a mechanical response rather than a psychological symptom, Volume VI provides a unified framework for understanding self-loss, value disorientation, and dissociative compensation within the Δ→S→L→R system.
