Cell migration is a fundamental biological process that is essential for development, immune defence, tissue repair and disease progression, such as cancer metastasis. To advance our understanding of this process and its therapeutic targeting, we organised an open-access conference day. Cell Migration in Health and Disease, dedicated to its fundamentals and research protocols. On 11 December 2025, students and young researchers met with international speakers at the Faculty of Sciences in Tunis, Tunisia, to discuss cell migration, with a particular focus on technologies and discoveries.
