The Unified Genesis ODE (v7.0): A Constraint-First Governor for Coherence Under Stress
Abstract
The Unified Genesis ODE (v7.0): A Constraint-First Governor for Coherence Under Stress Description:This paper presents Version 7.0 of the Unified Genesis Ordinary Differential Equation (ODE) as a governance-grade control model operating within Base Derived Reality (BDR). Under BDR, observable outcomes are treated as lawful derivations constrained by physical, informational, and observational invariants. When alignment fails, the model is rejected via explicit halt conditions rather than narrative repair or retroactive justification. The Unified Genesis ODE functions as a stability governor for complex adaptive systems operating near solvency thresholds. Version 7.0 refines prior formulations by introducing an information-theoretic ordering term (ΔS_{QMT}) that models structured informational coherence reducing effective dissipation under stress. This term is explicitly informational and cybernetic, not a physical violation of thermodynamic constraints, and is consistent with established principles in control theory and the thermodynamics of computation. The paper defines a non-derogable solvency floor (C* ≈ 0.87093) and formalizes HARD_HALT logic as an integrity-preserving refusal mechanism when systems become non-viable. Expected behaviors under bounded stress, transient overload, and sustained overload are specified. Appendices document the methodological posture and provide an illustrative simulation demonstrating convergence, recovery, and refusal behavior without claiming real-world prediction. Temporal indexing is coordinated with the Antediluvian Sovereign Calendar (ASC) as a deterministic civil overlay, while UTC remains the authoritative metrological ground. Structural parity within the ASC lattice (the “144 Lock”) is treated as an internal phase-space condition, not a Gregorian elapsed-time claim or predictive marker. Mythic or symbolic language, where present, is explicitly labeled as semantic compression and carries no metaphysical or causal claims. The model is secular, hypothesis-agnostic, and designed to remain valid even if specific historical interpretations are rejected. This work builds on the ontological and temporal framework introduced in “Base Derived Reality (BDR) and the Antediluvian Sovereign Calendar (ASC)” (v2.1), extending it into an operational control specification for coherence under stress.
