MIZAN Mathematical Protection Framework: Lyapunov-Based Control for Data Processing Systems
Abstract
This technical document establishes the complete mathematical foundation and prior art chain for the MIZAN energy optimization framework. MIZAN represents a novel application of classical Lyapunov stability theory (1892) to modern datacenter energy optimization, achieving 542× energy efficiency improvement over baseline systems. The document provides: Rigorous mathematical formulation based on Lyapunov functional minimization Original cryptographic attestation methodology integrating SHA3-256 in control loops Hardware-in-the-loop architecture with NaCl photonic substrate state Formal convergence proofs under bounded operational conditions Experimental validation is produced and verifiable via the MIZAN autonomous validation pipeline (cryptographic attestation + formal proofs). No external institution certified these results. Defensive prior-art documentation and claim boundaries Absolute domain differentiation from other contemporary work All contributions described herein were independently developed from first principles, building solely on classical control theory (public domain). Primary domain: classical semiconductor datacenter systems. Extensions to other domains are treated as bounded variants in the broader MIZAN corpus. This publication establishes clear temporal precedence through a verifiable chain of prior Zenodo DOIs dating from January 2026.
