Abstract

We report a high-precision numerical correlation (0.069%0.069% error) between the vacuum impedance Z0=μ0/ε0≈376.73 ΩZ0=μ0/ε0≈376.73 Ω and the product 120π120π, where 120 is the order of the full icosahedral symmetry group IhIh. Within the Torsionally-Structured Vacuum (TVS) framework—anchored in the arithmetic of Q(−23)Q(−23) and the Acosta Prime Helix—we interpret this correlation as evidence that electromagnetic propagation occurs through a discrete 23-channel network whose global symmetry is governed by IhIh. Dimensional consistency is achieved by introducing a geometric resistance quantum Ωgeo≈1 ΩΩgeo≈1 Ω, representing the intrinsic impedance of a single helical channel in TVS natural units. The model predicts oscillatory modulation of magnetic repulsion forces at nanometric scales (d
