Topological Time-Evolution & Transition (TTE-T): A Visco-Elastic Framework for Gravitational Wave Dispersion and the Resolution of the Hubble Tension.
Abstract
TTE-T v4.1 – Hubble Tension Resolution Summary This dossier presents the Topological Time-Evolution & Transition (TTE-T) theory, a radical new framework that addresses the current crisis in cosmology — the Hubble tension. Instead of attributing the expansion of the universe to hypothetical entities such as dark energy, TTE-T introduces the Veste: a viscoelastic, 11-dimensional m-Torus medium.
