The Hala-SCC Framework: A Formal Theorem of Manifold Erasure, Informational Inheritance, and Epistemological Truth
Abstract
This research note formalizes the Hala-SCC (Successive Controlled Collapse) framework as a rigorous mathematical protocol for the transition between chaotic dynamics and logical certainty. We introduce the Hala-SCC Theorem of Manifold Erasure, which posits that any high-entropy chaotic manifold—the Informational Inheritance—can be systematically transformed via the Hala Operator ( ˆH). Unlike standard filters, the Hala Operator acts as a versatile spectral regulator, capable of modulating the system’s Jacobian to bridge the gap between volume-preserving "Sources" (such as the Nosé–Hoover oscillator) and zero-entropy "Results" (the Epistemological Truth). By utilizing a proof-by-construction, we demonstrate that the SCC is not a mere loss of information, but a deterministic distillation that forces a global contraction of the chaotic manifold into a verifiable, singular fixed point. This framework provides a new foundation for decentralized verification in Internet 3.0, the stabilization of gaseous electronic gates, and the computational boundary between the search phase of chaos and the decision phase of logic.
