Shiva pressure of condensation of spacetime
Abstract
This paper proposes a fundamental shift in cosmology by modeling the vacuum as a physical, viscoelastic medium characterized by a kinematic viscosity constant \bm{\eta \approx 10^{26} \text{ m}^2/\text{s}}. We demonstrate that this material nature of space-time naturally resolves the Hubble Tension through a frequency-dependent energy dissipation of \bm{\gamma \approx 0.34\%} for gravitational waves over a 400 Mpc luminosity distance. We further define the Basudev Limit (\bm{f_B \approx 10^{13} \text{ Hz}}) as a high-frequency propagation cutoff, which provides the physical mechanism for the Arrow of Time via irreversible entropy production (\bm{dS/dt > 0}). At the galactic scale, the viscous drag component replaces the necessity for Dark Matter particles, matching the rotation curves of M31 and other spiral galaxies. Finally, we address the Schwarzschild singularity through the Shiva Phase Transition. By applying non-Newtonian fluid dynamics, we show that at the critical pressure \bm{P_c = \eta \cdot f_B}, the vacuum undergoes a "viscous jamming" transition into a solid-state core of finite density. This framework suggests a "Material Universe" that is thermodynamically closed, self-ordering, and free of mathematical infinities.
