Abstract
This manuscript introduces Bio-Coherence Theory (BCT), a transdisciplinary framework bridging subquantum vacuum mechanics with macroscopic physiological regulation. The work formally proposes the Bio-Regenerative Scaling Law Ψ(L+1) = Ψ(L) · φ^(π · g(L)), establishing the mathematical proof for Absolute Negentropy in biological systems.
