Thermal Anisotropy and Interstellar Tunnels in the Local Bubble: A Topological Reading from the DQ Framework
Abstract
Recent observations from the eROSITA X-ray telescope have revealed an unexpectedly complexstructure in the Local Hot Bubble (LHB), the tenuous plasma environment surrounding our SolarSystem. The study, led by the Max Planck Institute for Extraterrestrial Physics (MPE), confirms theexistence of a large-scale temperature gradient and an ”interstellar tunnel” connecting our bubblewith the neighboring superbubble in the direction of Centaurus. In this work, we interpret thesefindings under the Quantum Diffusion (DQ) framework. We propose that thermal anisotropies andgas tunnels are not mere hydrodynamic accidents, but act as baryonic tracers of high-diffusivitychannels in the underlying informational substrate. The ”Bubble” is thus reinterpreted as a domainof low information density where the subspace metric facilitates transport, validating the hypothesisthat the vacuum is structured by entropic gradients.
