Abstract

Z-FORM is a consolidated conceptual framework describing how state can be transmitted, preserved, and coordinated without language, explicit semantics, or conscious intent. The framework focuses on form, artifact, and environmental configuration as carriers of statecontinuity. Z-FORM makes no prescriptive claims and does not propose algorithms, control methods,or interventions. This release is provided for reference and archival purposes.
