The Prime Harmonic Framework - Universal Prediction of Pathogenic Mutation Sites in Cancer Suppressor Genes
Abstract
Hello,Background :The non-random distribution of pathogenic mutations in cancer suppressor genes represents one of the most enigmatic patterns in cancer genetics. Despite extensive research, no unified mathematical framework has successfully predicted mutation hotspots across multiple genes with high accuracy. Methods : We introduce a prime-harmonic framework based on the operator Ω(n) = cos2 h π(n−11) 21 i , which encodes modular coherence derived from prime number relationships.Codon coherence χC(j) = Q2 k=0 Ω(Pj + k) quantifies local harmonic stability across complete genomic sequences of BRCA1 (126kb), BRCA2 (84kb), and TP53 (19kb). We performed four independent validations: (1) mutation localization to χC minima, (2) fractal dimension analysis, (3) autocorrelation at prime lags, and (4) Fourier spectral decomposition.Cordialy
