R script for weighted optimum, tolerance range, and regression analyses

This repository contains the R scripts used to reproduce the statistical analyses and figures presented in a manuscript submitted to JGR: Biogeosciences. The scripts perform weighted optimum and tolerance range calculations and generate species response curves based on environmental variables. The scripts are provided to ensure transparency and reproducibility of the study results. The dataset required to run these scripts is publicly available in a separate Zenodo record digitized from Breman (1975).
