Abstract

1. The Fourth Law of Thermodynamics:We propose the "Ugentropic Survival Principle" ($S > S_c$) as the missing Fourth Law, governing how structures persist against entropic decay, complementing the Second Law which governs decay.2. Dark Matter as Information:We hypothesize that Dark Matter is not a particle but the gravitational manifestation of structural binding energy ($\delta$), arising from the deep historical connectivity of complex systems (information gradients), consistent with Verlinde's entropic gravity.3. Incompleteness Generates Time:We propose that the arrow of time originates from Gödel's Incompleteness Theorem: perfect structural alignment ($\delta=0$) is logically impossible, creating an eternal drive for correction that manifests as the forward flow of time.
