Abstract

This Zenodo record contains representative locus-tracking datasets from Dai et al., 2026 acquired in 24 h E. coli cells. The dataset includes two strains, each with labels targeting a distinct chromosomal locus: Ori and Ter, respectively. The files are organized as examples for reproduction with matched raw inputs and processed outputs. Please refer to the uploaded README.md for more details.
