Gravitational Residue in Stephan's Quintet 1.085 Scaling in Multi-Body Interacting Systems
Abstract
LEGAL NOTICE: Patent Pending. This work is an integral component of the logic filed under U.S. Provisional Patent Application #63/990,933 (Filed Feb 25, 2026). Title: Spacecraft Hull Design and Universal Scaling Constant 1.0857. Standard dynamical analysis of Stephan’s Quintet (HCG 92) requires the presence of extensive Dark Matter halos to explain the observed velocity dispersions and the shock-heated gas bridges between members. This paper applies the Gross-Observer Effect to the group's gravitational potential, replacing the "dark force" hypothesis with Gravitational Residue scaled by the 1.085 synchronization anchor. We show that the interaction velocities match the visible baryonic distribution when the potential is calibrated by the 1.085 metric. This result proves the efficacy of the 1.085 constant in multi-body interacting systems and provides a verifiable alternative to Dark Matter in galactic group dynamics.
