Abstract

Conceptual Step Function Theory demonstrates that lower level physical laws, such as those governing particle physics, do not determine the governing laws of higher order systems such as PN junctions, transistors, logic gates, etc. It describes the past vs the future and asserts that free will is not derived from the base laws of physics, but instead by the laws governing the legal framework in which decisions are made.
