Abstract

This white paper presents a theoretical framework addressing dark matter phenomena through a unified quantum–gravitational and field-resonance approach. The work explores whether observed dark matter effects may emerge from modified gravitational dynamics, scalar–field couplings, and resonance-based structures rather than from undiscovered particle species alone. The paper derives a covariant action extending General Relativity with an additional scalar degree of freedom, examines the resulting field equations, and analyzes weak-field and cosmological limits relevant to galactic rotation curves, large-scale structure, and curvature regularization. Connections to known quantum tunneling, phase-memory, and resonance phenomena are discussed where applicable. This work is theoretical and exploratory in nature. All assumptions, equations, and approximations are stated explicitly, with an emphasis on falsifiability and compatibility with existing observational constraints. The paper is intended as a contribution to ongoing research into alternative explanations of dark matter and modified gravity within contemporary physics.
