Abstract

This record publishes the evidence package for MIZAN v2.0 (Attested Physical Computing). The term “TÜV 2.0” is used strictly as a conceptual benchmark (a next-generation verification model) and does not imply certification, audit, endorsement, or affiliation with TÜV Rheinland or any TÜV entity. This is an independent technical evaluation and evidence package; TÜV Rheinland is referenced only for comparison with legacy institutional verification models. The artifact anchors a citable, auditable reference for cryptographically verifiable attestation, hardware-rooted trust, and reproducible validation pathways aligned with sovereign computing objectives.
