Abstract

This manuscript presents the Proximity Model (v10.0), a unified metric-affine framework that resolves the tension between Quantum Mechanics and General Relativity by treating Time as the ontological primitive. Key theoretical advancements and predictions include: Geometric Anatomy of Time: Rigorous fiber bundle formulation where spacetime geometry emerges via a disformal transformation driven by temporal strain (Non-Metricity QQ ). Resolution Energy: A derivation identifying "Dark Energy" not as a cosmological constant, but as the relaxation of curvature potential following black hole resolution. This successfully models the "Thawing" Dark Energy ( w0>−1w0>−1 ) signature reported by DESI 2024/2025. Nacreous Secretion: A solution to the "Over-Massive Early Black Hole" problem (JWST 2024/2025) via direct temporal deposition rather than stellar collapse. Black Hole Silence: A mathematical proof that infinite temporal compression at the Resolution Interface suppresses gravitational wave echoes, consistent with LIGO O4 null results. This work formalizes the "Heisenberg Cut" as a projective map between the Vacuum Hilbert Space and the Tangent Bundle, establishing the physical mechanism for the emergence of geometry.
