stefano-research/pell-kahan-dynamics: A Computational Torque Model for Timing Anomalies in Sagittarius A*
Abstract
We propose a theoretical framework connecting discrete spacetime processing with observed timing anomalies in Sagittarius A*. The model is based on three pillars: (1) Pell lattice geometry as a possible discrete spacetime structure, (2) Kahan summation as a model for finite-precision information processing at horizons, and (3) holographic information-to-metric conversion. While speculative, the framework provides testable predictions: a computational torque mechanism producing timing drifts, Pell-number harmonics in flare periods, and specific orbital perturbations of the S2 star. We derive the dimensionless efficiency parameter η = 4.15 × 10−6 from holographic entropy considerations and show it naturally emerges from the ratio of Planck to Schwarzschild scales. The model suggests black holes may function as cosmic information processors where gravitational effects emerge from computational work rather than traditional mass-energy. We present this as a mathematical framework worthy of further investigation, with clear testable predictions for future observations.
