Gamma Theory A3: Emotional Policy Model
Abstract
A3 defines the institutional curvature Ω of a society by integrating internal affairs, external affairs, geopolitics, welfare, resources, ethics, and social trust. It explains how national systems shape emotional stability at the macro level and clarifies the hierarchical structure κ → K → Ω → Ψ within Gamma Theory. This chapter provides the mathematical foundation for understanding how policies reduce emotional instability and prepares the framework for A4 (civilization curvature) and v21 (unified civilization model).
