Dimensional Ladder, Planck Orbifolds, and Holography in the Extended Uncertainty Principle of the SQR Model
Abstract
We present a unified formalism describing the dynamics of metric dimensions in high-energy physics, based on the SQR model. The effective number of dimensions is treated as a dynamic observable, depending on local energy and scale, leading to natural fluctuations along a \textit{dimensional ladder} from Planck orbifolds (0D) to transient higher-dimensional shells (4D, 5D). The uncertainty principle is extended to include metric dimensions, while scale duality constrains the ladder, introducing UV and IR fixed points. Holography emerges naturally, with bulk dimensional fluctuations projecting onto 3+1-dimensional spacetime, where Planck orbifolds serve as the holographic core. This framework provides insights into high-energy phenomena, black hole interiors, and the fundamental structure of spacetime.
