Technical Deployment Note for South Korea: Server-Side Dynamic Security for QR Codes

This document is a South Korea–specific technical deployment note derived from“Dynamic Machine-Readable Code Security” (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18337895). It addresses QR code replacement fraud and malicious redirection risks inhigh-density QR environments common in South Korea, without modifying existingQR code formats, scanners, or client devices.
