Abstract

The KIET framework develops a falsifiable mathematical and control-theoretic foundation for coherence-dependent propulsion proxy behavior. Phase A formalizes the governing assumptions, stability constraints, and safety-envelope enforcement required prior to higher-order numerical relativity implementation. This document is part of the KIET research sequence. The full master release is available at DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18569293. Acknowledgment: Developed under the collaborative framework Team J.A.G.
