Abstract

The KIET Phase B-Lite report presents linearized simulation results and control-validation methods supporting coherence-dependent directional proxy behavior. This phase establishes preliminary enforcement of stability constraints and safety-envelope logic prior to transition into full numerical relativity implementation. This document is part of the KIET research sequence. The full master release is available at DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18569293. Acknowledgment: Developed under the collaborative framework Team J.A.G.
