Addendum: Neu5Gc as a Central Molecular Driver of Chronic Autoimmune and Inflammatory Disease
Abstract
This addendum integrates Neu5Gc biology into a terrain-based and redox-centered framework of chronic autoimmune and inflammatory disease. Neu5Gc is presented as a diet-derived xeno-autoantigen driving persistent immune activation, oxidative stress, and systemic immune dysregulation beyond pathogen-centric models.
